1. What are the benefits of using waterless skincare products?

Waterless skincare products are formulated with a higher concentration of active ingredients, such as oils, butters, and antioxidants. Without the dilution of water, these ingredients can penetrate deeper into the skin, providing enhanced nourishment and delivering visible results.

 2. Can I use Topa Naturals' products on sensitive skin?

Yes, Topa Naturals' products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We carefully select natural ingredients that are gentle and non-irritating, making our products safe for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product to ensure compatibility and to check for any potential allergies or sensitivities.

3. What is the shelf life on your products?

Our products have a shelf life of 1 year, depending on how they are stored. It is best to store them in a cool area and away from water. 

4. Do I apply a facial oil before or after moisturizing?

Facial oils seal in moisture, enhance absorption and form a protective barrier, so it's best to use them after applying a moisturizer. 

5. How often should I use the Cleansing Scrub?

 The frequency of using the Cleansing Scrub depends on your skin type and individual needs. As a general guideline, we recommend using the scrub 1-2 times a week. However, if you have sensitive or delicate skin, it is best to use it less frequently, such as once a week. Over-exfoliating can strip the skin of its natural oils, so it's important to find a balance that works for your skin.

6. Are your products tested on animals?

We do not test our products on animals. We also carefully select ingredients that are not tested on animals as well.

 7. Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is carefully made in small batches, ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards, which makes it impossible to restock or resell products once they have been shipped. We do offer samples so you can try before you buy full sized products. 8. What are the shipping options and rates?

Orders over $40.00, after any applicable discounts are applied, are eligible for free standard shipping. For orders equal to $40.00 or less, a $6.95 standard shipping rate will be added. Please note that orders are processed in the order received, Monday-Friday. Additional time may be required for shipping, handling, and delivery, especially during holiday periods.
